Dream, a half sister to the Akita all time record holder, Macey, made her debut in Oklahoma City in Jun 2013. This was her first show in USA and only Dream's second show ever. She completed her championship in impressive fashion in one weekend of showing by taking WB (Winners Bitch), BW (Best of Winners), and two BOBs (Best of Breed) in a row over a top ranked Akita. We would like to especially thank Mr. James Reynolds, and Ms. Linda Robey for each giving her the best of breed. 

After being shown for another less than two months, Dream received her GCH title! We put her in a few shows against our very own show veteran and international superstar, Fraser, what a surprise that Dream actually beat him a couple of times.

However, we also learned that showing unfortunately isn't really what Dream loves to do. She loves being a house dog, going hiking with us, walking around the charming Santa Fe downtown, or playing with our neighbor's kids. So we decided not to campaign her as planned. We believe Dream's happiness is more important than where she is on the ranking chart. Occasionally though, Wenny would show her as owner handler at local shows so she gets to have some fun and enjoys her favorite buffalo liver treats!

As Dream has changed her career path towards owner handled with her proud mama, Wenny, this pair actually have been making great progress! They received the prestigious Owner Handler Best In Show over an elite class of Akitas at Pre-National Specialty 2015 from the legendary judge, Mr. Joe Gregory and was the only owner handled Award of Merit winner that year. Dream is currently ranked No. 3 Akita on the National Owner Handled Series breed chart.

Dream was only shown once in 2016 after she had a litter of super pups. She impressed us again by taking BOS over US's No. 1 Bitch at one of the pre-shows in the Orlando cluster followed by Select Bitch at the most prestigious show, AKC National Championship.

At the age of 7, we took Dream to one of the largest summer shows at Oklahoma city, OK. Wenny and her took BOS and Owner Handled BOB 3 days in a row over the nation's No. 1 bitch and another top ranked bitch. On top of that, they brought home Owner Handled Working Group 1st and 3rd that immediately ranked Dream in the Top 15 OH chart!

Dream again did not let us down heading to her last show at 8.5 years old. Shown by her mama Wenny, she was awarded Best Veteran Bitch at the Akita Pre-National 2019 over a lineup of all star BISS winners. What an amazing girl!
